Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium jicama peeled and cut into fries
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper optional
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan optional

Instructions
 

  • Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the jicama fries and boil for 10 minutes to soften.
  • Drain and pat the jicama fries completely dry.
  • Toss them with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using).
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400u00b0F (200u00b0C).
  • Spread fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry for 15–20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy.
  • Optional: Sprinkle with Parmesan before serving.
  • Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce!
